주식회사 라인매틱스(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 이 방침은 모바일 애플리케이션 PerfectLine(iOS·Android), PL Coach 및 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.
회사는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적이 변경되는 경우 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.

회사는 광고 목적의 정밀 위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 카메라·사진 접근은 측정·영상 기능에 기기 내에서 사용되며 이용자가 업로드를 선택한 경우에만 서버로 전송됩니다.
① 회사는 법령에 따른 보유·이용 기간 또는 정보주체로부터 동의받은 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다.
② 구체적인 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.
① 회사는 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.
② 이용자가 코치 연결을 요청·승인한 경우, 해당 코치(PL Coach 이용자)에게 이용자의 닉네임·프로필 설정·훈련 기록·리플레이 영상이 제공됩니다. 연결 해제 시 이후 데이터는 제공되지 않습니다.
③ 회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다.
① 회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 위탁 계약 시 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따른 사항을 명시하고 수탁자를 관리·감독합니다.

정보주체는 다음 방법으로 행태정보 수집·이용을 거부하거나 통제할 수 있습니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만임을 알고 있는 이용자로부터 맞춤형 광고 목적의 행태정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
① 회사는 보유 기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
② 법령에 따라 계속 보존하여야 하는 경우에는 해당 정보를 별도의 데이터베이스로 옮기거나 보관 장소를 달리하여 보존합니다.
③ 전자적 파일은 복구·재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로, 종이 문서는 분쇄 또는 소각으로 파기합니다.
① 정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구, 동의 철회 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
② 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제는 앱의 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 직접 할 수 있으며, 그 밖의 요구는 제11조의 연락처로 서면·전자우편 등을 통해 할 수 있습니다. 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
③ 권리 행사는 법정대리인이나 위임받은 자를 통해서도 할 수 있으며, 이 경우 「개인정보 처리 방법에 관한 고시」 별지 서식의 위임장을 제출하여야 합니다.
④ 유럽경제지역·영국 이용자는 GDPR에 따라 열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·이동·반대권 및 동의 철회권을 가지며, 감독기관에 민원을 제기할 수 있습니다. 미국 캘리포니아 거주자는 CCPA에 따라 수집 정보의 공개·삭제·"공유"(맥락 간 행태광고) 거부를 요구할 수 있습니다. 회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.
회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하여 책임지고 정보주체의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제를 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.
정보주체는 개인정보 침해에 대한 구제를 위해 아래 기관에 분쟁 해결이나 상담을 신청할 수 있습니다.
① 이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 10월 10일부터 적용됩니다.
② 2026년 2월 시행 영문 방침과 2023년 5월 24일 시행 국문 방침을 통합·개정하였으며, 주요 변경 사항은 광고 측정·행태정보(제6조), 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전(제5조), 정보주체 권리(제8조)의 구체화입니다. 변경 시 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 공지합니다.
LineMatics Inc. (“LineMatics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use our mobile applications PerfectLine (iOS and Android), PL Coach, and related services (the “Services”).
We do not collect precise location data for advertising. Camera and photo access is used on your device for measurement and video features, and content is sent to our servers only when you choose to upload it.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwordless sign-in through Apple and Google, access controls, and limited personnel access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
PerfectLine includes software development kits (SDKs) from Google LLC (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob with mediation partners Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, and Liftoff/Vungle) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook SDK app events, Audience Network). These SDKs may automatically collect your device advertising identifier, app events such as installs, launches, and subscriptions (product, price, currency), approximate location derived from your IP address, device information, and crash logs. On Android we also read the Google Play Install Referrer to learn which campaign led to the install.
We use this information to measure and optimize our advertising, analyze how the Services are used, serve ads in free tiers, and diagnose errors. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies: policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Your choices.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account. You may also contact us (Section 11) to access, correct, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, request a copy, or withdraw consent.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you may request disclosure or deletion of the information we collect and opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising through the device settings above; we do not sell personal information. Users in Korea have the rights set out in the Personal Information Protection Act, including access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.
The Services are not directed to children under 14 (13 in the United States), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. This version, effective October 10, 2026, replaces the February 2026 English policy and the May 24, 2023 Korean policy and adds details on advertising measurement (Section 7), service providers and international transfers (Section 5), and your rights (Section 8).
